Hi! I’m Luisa, A service designer from Zurich.

I work across research, design and management to help teams understand people and make sense of complex systems. My goal is to create services that feel clear, supportive and genuinely human in the way they function.

I’m obsessed with the moments where collaboration shifts a conversation, when a shared idea becomes clearer, kinder and more human. These moments drive how I design.

What i do:

I design human-centred services by turning research into clarity and shaping concepts through co-design and prototyping.

What i bring:

Experience in user research and service design, with strong skills in interviewing, synthesis, mapping and rapid prototyping.

My focus:

Research, service design and strategic thinking across mobility, public services, sports and everyday systems.
